Hi there! I’m Jessica and I am so happy to have you here. I’m a nutritionist and health coach with a focus on lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition. My health coaching practice empowers busy, hardworking mothers to take ownership of their health and tap into their power within to heal themselves through simple lifestyle habits. My mission is to inspire mothers to prioritize their health and learn the tools to actually defy aging, so that they can live their longest, feel their best and beam with confidence. I do this through my signature program, The GLOW Medicine Method, which helps women transform their health through evidence-based lifestyle habits and plant-centric nourishment, leaving them glowing with their best health, yet.
